What we look after
Year-end accounts
Statutory accounts prepared from your records, filed at Companies House on time, and explained in plain English so you know what the numbers say about your business.
Corporation tax
Your company tax return prepared and filed with HMRC, with reliefs and allowances checked and a clear view of what is due and when. New to this? Read our CT600 guidance.
Self assessment for directors and owners
Personal tax returns covering salary, dividends, rental income and investments, with advice on paying yourself in the right way.
Sole traders and partnerships
Accounts and tax returns for self-employed people and partnerships, and advice on when it makes sense to become a limited company.
Making Tax Digital for Income Tax
Sole traders and landlords must keep digital records and send quarterly updates to HMRC once their qualifying income (gross self-employment and property income, before expenses) passes the threshold:
- from 6 April 2026, if it was over £50,000 on the 2024/25 tax return
- from 6 April 2027, if it was over £30,000 on the 2025/26 tax return
- from 6 April 2028, if it was over £20,000 on the 2026/27 tax return
We check which tax year applies to you, whether you meet the threshold and whether an exemption is available, then get your records and software ready and file the quarterly updates for you. See HMRC's eligibility guidance.
Planning, not just reporting
We look at your figures before the year end, so you can make decisions while there is still time to act.
