Elm Financial Solutions is a family-founded practice in Matlock, Derbyshire. We look after growing businesses across the UK, from their first set of accounts to a complete finance function.

## Who we are

Elm was founded by Diane Hammerton and is run today as a mother-and-daughter practice with Katie Hirst. Some of our clients have been with us for decades, and many have grown from a first set of accounts to a full finance function with us alongside them.

## Meet the team

### Diane Hammerton

Founder and Director. Diane founded Elm and has spent her career helping small and growing businesses keep on top of their finances.

### Katie Hirst FCCA

Director. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Katie leads client accounts, tax and compliance work.

### Joe Gilbert ACMA CGMA

Client Finance Director. A Chartered Management Accountant, Joe leads our finance function, fractional FD and investment support work.
